Kristy got back from India, but just barely.
She went there for work, and had been there for 9 weeks (!). Overall, she had a “traumatically good experience” if there is such a thing…. lost luggage, car crashes, severe food poisoning, and then almost kidnapped in Nepal - yikes. Now, all she wants to do is eat fresh vegetables and fruit (she couldn’t do in India) and exercise (she was too weak and sick in India to run).
